• Virtual Queue

  When at the mall, call the store or scan the code in front of our stores. You will be placed on a virtual queue. Walk around the mall, and we will let you know when you can stop by.

Safety Measures

Following CDC, OSHA and Puerto Rico Department of Health guidelines and recommendations. Reinhold is taking steps to ensure the safety of our clients and employees such as:

• Sensible social distancing

  Maintaining sensible distance between employees and customers, where possible. Sales floor will be demarcated with areas and an occupancy limit will be set for each store considering floor space and store layout. Customers will be able to schedule visits via appointments and virtual queues. Staffing will be kept at the required minimum for safety, security and operational effectiveness.



• Face masks

  Employees and clients, following State and Federal recommendations, are required to wear facemask.



• Frequent handwashing

  Employees are to wash their hands frequently with Soap and Water. Alcohol-based hand rubs containing at least 60% alcohol will be made available to client and employees.



• Frequent disinfection

  Routine cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces using approved equipment and cleaning products.



• Temperature and Stay home policy

  Employees' temperature will be taken regularly and will be required to stay home if they are sick.
